In a word, YES!!!

Tren is by far the best for strengh, and aggression. And they wouldn't have been bloated if they were using a suitable AI.

I wouldn't worry about it mate, tap in at your own pace. I hate the little barry boys at gyms who through a few dbols down their neck and think they're Arnie!

I would expect they train half as hard as you becuase they seem the sort that take gear and think its the wonder drug and will do everything for them.

I'm more impressed by someone really giving it their all in the gym, not some clown that thinks they already have it.

As said, you keep on at your pace mate, there will always be someone trying to belittle you in whatever you do in life.

Don't forget that gear gives you that cocky teen persona again. You remember when you thought you were the hardest cunt out there and were invincible. Well that will go when they come off gear, keep watching and when you think they have stopped using ask them if they are cutting up as they seem to have lost some size. That will knock their confidence as much, if not more, than they have just done to you. and use their snide comments as motivation to push yourself harder. They sound like a pair of pricks to me.

spot on mate.the guys i train with on a saturday could see it had got to me and were biggin up my bench press when spotting me.even tho i know it was crapits a marathon not a sprint was prob the best line of the day.i wonder how many boys out there are firing gear in to them self and not having a clue aout diet etc and how to use it properly.thinking they can throw big weights up and thats them gona be ripped.as you said i bet they will lose any gains they get as i see them wrecked every nite at the weekend with the kebabs in their hand.

Far too many people take gear that don't need it imho. I wonder how many of these will still be training in 5 years time? Its done for the willy waiving, look at me and how buff I am. Typical youngster trait and its not a good mix imho.

Shit I sound old Mind you went out for a drink last weekend and had the teen carpet carrier acting up. All mouth.

So once you finish a course, how much of your gains do you keep? Providing diet is perfect and training also.

Diet and training being perfect then 80/90% gains could be kept

Fantastic!! There's a lad in my gym who goes on them, and he's either big or small depending on whether or not he's on them. Maybe he's just naturally skinny, as his diet is good?

In reality though I would expect 50% or more loss of gains. Sad to say but the majority of those using do not do it properly.

What do you lads think of a Dianabol only first cycle? Some have done it at my gym with good gains they tell me, and others said I'll go fat for a few weeks and that's about all.

Can be a side effect yes but not a given. Also depends on the dosage and the person.

Some people like to be big in a t-shirt and not worry about the posing aspect. I rarely take my top off in public and I'm not that big. Im not ashamed or shy or owt but its just that I don't wish to be judged. Why can a fat fuck walk about with no-one batting an eyelid but a gym goer is branded a poser?

Cos many gym goers ARE posers?

Agree with your point though. Maybe because the people doing the branding are jealous?

Many are posers, how true. They give the rest of us a bad name though. Like kids that inflate themselves when they see you... like a mating bird puffing out its plumage. Or walking around with their arms at right angles because they are so muscle bound they can't straighten them.
