getting fit and bulking up, after 12 years of smoking
Hey all,
seems to be some pretty knowledgable people on here so wondered if i could pick your brains.
i turn 30 this coming weekend and have decided that its time to pack up the fags after 12 years of smoking and get fit.
I'd also like to bulk up a bit, i'm currently 6ft 3 and hovering around the 14st mark, ideally would like to get up to about 15st,
what would be the best form of training to achieve this, should i work on my cardio first to get my lung capacity back to a reasonable standard, or would a combination of cardio and weights give me the desired effect.
I realise that it wont happen overnight and am willing to put in the hard graft to achieve it, just havent really got a clue where to start.
Any help would be ace.
