i dont use the monohydrate i use the creatine ethyl ester as its more easier absorbed by the body and you dont have to use loading up periods

Maximuscle is good made me solid looked bigger but retained alot of water so i came off it , but would be good for a skinny bloke i reckon .

i buy mine from www.bulkpowders.co.uk, the degusta creapure seems to work better with me than others, doesnt have the bad taste that CEE does either
if your looking for a bigger longer lasting pump, try some Di-Arganine ;) bulk powders sell it as well |
