Well I needed some more creatine so plumbed for the kre-alkalyn cause I hated the side effects of normal creatine - especially the bloat and farting all the time!!

Will report what I think of the Kre

Maximuscle is good made me solid looked bigger but retained alot of water so i came off it , but would be good for a skinny bloke i reckon .

does quality not come first,think youd better do your homework on nutrition before giving advice,quality of product comes well before speed of delivery or if the sales girl on the other end is helpful or not,as said for quality products my protein cant be beatin

alrite calm down of corse it comes first! he was asking for online sources not a 10 page story why we think one place is better than another, ive been using cheapuksupplements for years and are more than happy with them, i will take a look at 'my protein' but as for quality, speed of delivery, communication theyve always been first class to me

and on the other subject whats the point of having really decent products that only some times get delivered and when you ring to find out they tell you to take a walk. just trying to get the point accross that uksupps are a good allround supplier not exactly slagging any other suppliers off
