Fiesta wiring loom question
Just purchased a Fiesta Finesse (S reg, 1.3 petrol manual)
It has the basic radio/cass in it (I don't have the code!) and I'm thinking of replacing it with a radio/cd harvested from another car. The newer radio/cd is a 4 speaker system
Can anyone tell me before I have to go digging about...

- There are no rear speakers in my fiesta. Where is best to put some?
- Will the wiring loom already have connections from the radio to rear speaker positions?
- If not, will my Radio/CD get upset if rear speakers are not connected?

Is it another Ford unit or an aftermarket one? If it is aftermarket you will need an ISO lead to connect it up with.
As for the speakers, really can't remember where they were in my old mk4 fiesta, they might have been under the plastic trim either side of the parcel shelf? Wiring should be there, just look under to see if you can see any mounting holes or wiring. The new head unit will work fine with only the two speakers though

Thanks for that.
I'm replacing with a Clarion.... somethiing-or-other which is about 10 years old. I'll have a dig about in the back of the car to see what's there.
Will the amp circuitry in the Radio not get upset if there's no load on its speaker outputs?
