what engine have you got?
also mk3 si's came with power steering so (depending on what engine) would be a straight swap for its steering set up.
not sure but i yhink ive seen it on 1.1-1.3 too not sure tho.

1-power rack
2-power steering bottle with all relevant pipes
3-power steering pump
i think you may need to change the steering coloum that connects to the rack as im not sure if its diffrent on power to manual.
also when you put it on if you ever change your lower arms DONT tell them its got power steering because there is TWO diffrent ball joint sizes one for manual 1 for power.
hope this helps
no doubt someone will correct me on the coloum.lol

Default Fiesta Mk Rs........... Zetec 1.8

Hello Mike & Guys.. Today i finish my job on my `Fiesta mk3 rs1800 / 130bhp 1993 model.. I make it with Power Steering.. It`s A Hard Job mate`s but every one can make it.. I will tell the parts you want !

1: Rack Steering Power..

2: The Bracket that hold the Pump of power steering & Hold the alternator too... (This bracket rivved with the block of the engine rs1800)

3: Complete Column from the Rack through the Steering Wheel, it has the Crosses like the manaul, but the power had a cross inside with Splines & the outer near the engine with a bolt... the Manual does not had Cross with Splines so you need the complete Column with 2 Crosses... `Ps I used the old steering wheel with No Airbag, & i work to the Column of Power Steering)

4: Power steering Pump..

5: The Bottle That Reserve Oil.. (Holds on Right Of the Car)

6: The Complete Pipes it`s Important ( You want 2 pipes from the rack up to the engine top cover, one from top cover through the Oil pump - the other one from top cover through the Main oil Pump. & you want the OIL COOLER it has to 2 pipes, one through the Reserve tank & the other goes on down of the reserve tank..

7: Longer Belt, I use 1260 6pk...

.... The problems that i see :

1: You have to make a bigger hole on the body, because the steering `Power Column, does not through from the manual Hole (Body) & the rubber you can`t use it, you have to put it in the rubbish,, Best opinion, buy a new RUBBER `power steering` or i make a sound proofing to closed the hole (it`s like a double sided tape)...

2: Alternator, you have to use an alternator that does not slided, the power steering alternator does not move up or down, it`s bold on ONLY ! you dont have settings on the alternator when you make it power steering, but you have 2 tensioners,, one of it, the upper one, it has the setting, soo you can put the belt so easier.. `Ps the Alternator of the power Steering had a Smaller Pulley..)

3: && if you can get the Power Streeing , black pipe that goes to the column, it`s better because i had to make a piece of wood between the column & the black pipe... because it move up & down,,!! Think about it !

Hope this Helps, Guysss... Im talking From Rs1800 No Power steering To Make on Rs1800 with Power Steering... Thankss...

Me 3days No sleep,,, but i enjoy my Powerrrrrrr Steering.... Do It Guys...

Default Ford....

HI,, i cant help you... Cause, i used a bracket of the power steering of rs1800, (It`s different from the rs1800 with no POWER) So i think is different from the rs turbo, TOO,, && you sad, You get the parts from 1.3l ,, soo think about it...

But i can tell you, the hole Of the Body, that goes the column, you want to make it bigger & the rubber is not good for the power steering.. Instead i make a sound proofing (like a double sided tape... )

Ps, i make The power Steering, from Rs1800 to Rs1800....

Default fez power steering

Hi, if you have a zetec engine it would be easy as all the bits are available from a Si Fiesta. If yours is a CVH it wouldnt be straight forward as you'll need to mount the PAS pump and get it belted up... Or you could use an electric PAS pump from a saxo or similar...
