hey every 1 i got a erst, but my mates got a mk5 rs 2000, he doesnt hav the net but knows of the site, he asked me to post a topic to see wat is needed to turbo his rs2000, can i get a list of what is needed plz or at least some of it cheeRs!!

 

First of all he'll need about 5-7k.. confirm that's available and then the list will follow

 

Ive got an Rs2000 Engine for sale. Massive spec and cost over 5K to build.

Steel Rods and Pistons.

As above it aint a cheap conversion

 

he is a mechanic, an nows its gna be costly an is committed to going tht route,but is unsure of the complete checklist,
he already has a rebuilt rs 2000 engine m8

 

There isn't really a shopping list, you can't just buy the stuff off the shelf. It requires engineering and if he doesn't know what he needs then it's exceeding his ability, frankly. You're best to get a good, experienced tuner to build/supply the engine and then get your mechanic mate to do the spanner work and then go back to a tuner for mapping/setup/testing.

Yeah, a standurd rebuilt Rs2000 engine aint up for the job mate.
