Glass etching removal
As per thread title, Looking to remove some etching from a window due to having my door stolen. The replacement has the reg from the car it was removed from.
I've heard its possible to do.

Years and years ago when I worked at autoglass a car got etched with the sandblast etcher wrong. It got polished out but the mark left on the glass was very visible lol

Mark. You cant mate someone etched my cossie front and rear glass and made a fuck up and tried to polish it out looks a right mess.

Ok, thanks for replies. Worth asking before I got the sandpaper out.
Sorry no spare RS bonnet. Yes during my re-build I hid my door behind my wheelie bin and box(house is away from main roads, and house overlooks private carpark. However scrap metal man does drive through the Estate, So must of nicked it when I was at work. Had brand new outer handle, outer window seal, Bolts, Nuts etc. Piece of shit eh?!?
