Default Pre cleaner?

My neighbough had a mobile valet the other day and the bloke sprayed something all over the crud before jet washing his car.
What was that stuff 'cause it really seemed to work.
Anyone know or used it?

TFR - Traffic Film Remover........ apply it first to release the dirt and grease from the car....

What did it look like? If he sprayed it all over the car via an attachment on the pressure washer and it looked like shaving foam, then it was (obviously) snow foam.

If he just applied it via a hand pump sprayer on the lower half then it was either TFR as someone said, or citrus degreaser.
