as above, i need a usb hub for me laptop has to be able to handle my ADSL router as the last one i bought couldnt handle it

4 at the max this includes webcam mp3 player etc..

Ideally, you want your modem powered straight off the laptop, but the belkin one may be able to do the job

yeh i know what your sayin dan, in an ideal situation i would have it running of the laptop but its not going to happen with jus the 1 usb port

You do need to get a powered USB hub matey - simply as the single USB point your lappy has will very unlikely support a router, webcam, mp3 player, etc all at the same time and somethings gonna fry

Not really no I would probably be looking on Ebuyer or similar for it - ebay is good, but you have to know what it is you are actually looking for to pick out the crap from the gems
