Was online this morning playing fine, just went to play again about 30mins ago, an update popped up, i downloaded the update, went in to play some domination, got into game, it froze about 30secs later.

Re-started it, same thing happened, this happened 4times, get into game then it freezes.

Anyone got same problem after update?

 

Yeah, i just been online, did the update, had a few games ok, more like i 1 i think? Then played another, got in my usual sniping spot on Derail, Picks some cunts head off, as i do that, the control starts vibrating & the game freezes!


so, i just switched it off for now!

 

Have you tried deleting the MW2 file that you find in the Game Data Utility section. It works for some people.

 

yup. just updated and now it's freezin the whole bloody time.

Was okay for me for a few hours now its freezing,must be something to do with the new patch im sure they will have it sorted soon
Ive also heard from xboxs users they have been having problems recently to

 

oh man.i wont get my fix before work in the morning!!! not good.had a good one this morning too,11 kills and 1 death in derail. killed 10 before dying too

A couple of solutions..

Either delete your game data (NOT save data) then re-download the update, or start a private match yourself and end it after a few minutes, should sort it.

Well it worked for me. Saw Coldo online earlier so he must have sussed it too?..

Yep got it working, had a look online on mw2 forums and got the solution, seems alot of people had the same problem.
