i carnt access secure areas on web sites for example, Halifax web site i carnt check my balance, i carnt go on to my ebay it comes up with carnt display page.
Im rubish on computers & its driving me nuts.

What web browser do you use? Internet explorer? if so what version is it? click on help and then go to "about internet explorer" (or something like that) and it will tell you the version.

I cant really help anymore until i have that information

Hmmm ive no idea about AOL's web browser but its got to be something to do with the settings.

Havent you rang them and asked? im sure they could explain over the phone what to do and have you sorted in 5mins, especially as its AOL's software its their responsibility if its not working correctly

One more thing im curious about though, have you tried another browser like Internet explorer or Firefox?

Use IE/Firefox/Opera will let you in then.

AOL Browser is pony.

If it allows you put https://www.halifax-online.co.uk in your trusted sites.
