I need some new stuff, have used both Norton and McAfee in the past can anyone recommend one?

Just use antivirus either NOD32 or Kaspersky.

Thanks for the replies, think I will go for Kaspersky tried AVG etc but its a bit complicated I just want to know Im covered in some sort of way I dont need to be involved in!

I have tried them all and i have found kaspersky to be the best,you wont go far wrong

The only downside to Kaspersky mate is its a little complicated. It is one of the best though.

AVG, windows firewall and spybot here, plus since ive got Vista ive got windows defender aswell but hardly use that

As above AVG is not hard to use, you install it and thats it, when you want to scan hit the HUGE "scan" button the rest you can do just by clicking around.
Bottom line is you dont need any paid programmes, use the free stuff

TeamGiroUnit its VERY resource heavy (ie. will slow your computer down) and there is better on the market for cheaper.
UnseenMenace I just liked the picture lol, I use hpux/linux also
