Word, does anyone know how to do this???
I have a form which has area's where text is needed to be input i.e. Name, address phone no. etc etc.
Can i create a Template whereby, the only area's open to enter text are the specified area's mentioned above?
So the form always stays the same except for the details entered onto it, and the main part of the form with the heading ect cannot be altered...
Hope that makes sense.
Cheers

Sorry, i should have said...im not brilliant with word and excel.
The documents i have are a PDF Adobe Acrobat file, although i could scan them and save them as something more useful..
Plus, you haven't explained how to alter the document to allow access only area's....

You can indeed do this but rather than me type it all out here just check out the Help file in the Word program and search for Forms. You just need to design your form as usual but where you want the user to complete use a fill-in Field. Its very easy.
