Default Animated siggies

I have been trying to get an animated signiture (like the banners at the header of the page) to work but the finish quality is well poor.

I have been creating them in flash 8, then export, save as GIF file.
they work but the quality is really shite and dotty look.

anyone know????

Cheers.

Over file size for a start.

Traders are allowed a larger one, regular users still have a 25k restriction.

its just a demo one i just need to know how to get the quality back into the gif, for example a sig where the headlights flash working on the same principle is what i had done.

You will struggle to keep the quality whilst keeping within the file size regs

Sorry maybe i never explained enough in the first post, regardless to the file size i just want to know how people keep the quality in the image, weather it be a sig or just a gif image, i have tried so many ways in flash but can't work it out???

I don't think photoshop has animation features its just image alteration software
