I was installing a usb driver for a video card

and got this msg

KB822603 error set up, set up could not verfify the integrity of the file
update.inf
make sure the cryptographic service is running on this computer

any ideas??

You mean you was installing the video card drivers off a usb pen ??

Are you sure the drivers are correct ?

installing usb external video/tvcard, and i get the msg up when i install the driver from the cd

often its best to install the driver software first then plug in the device afterwards when using USB devices. You will probably need to use roll back to make this work on yours.

In control panel, then system, then click hardware, then device manager, you can double click on the item, then there's an option to roll back the driver.
