pukka transmission makes the car imo , been using proper boxes for more years than i care to remember (and diffs etc )
i do remember the 1st time someone told me what they had spent on a gearbox tho - thought - foookin ell you must be mad
just for a gearbox
ive actually got more money in transmission in my car than i have in the engine
