Default Escort Problems

i have a Mk6 Ford Escort 1.8 Zetec LX Petrol with the following problems:
1) Engine mount has gone. hw can i tell which 1 has gone n is it easy enough to change?
2) when accelerating, car pulls to the right. when decellerating or braking, car pulls baack to straight line (or left if holding steering wheel to left to counteract the pull to the right). have been told this is due to engine mount that needs changing and problem should rectify once this is changed. but also been told could be lower arms. but the lower arm bushes were changed not too long ago.
3) car idles at between 800-1000rpm as normal bt then revs keep dropping to almost stalling point n then pick up again. this keeps happening. also on start up car doesnt like to start or it takes a long time.
4) crunches when goin into first gear, going from 3rd to 4th and bringing cluitch up, car jumps and jerks. also pops out of reverse when going slow.

please help as im trying to get the car sorted before winter sets in. n im not too keen on bein under the car in the chilly weather! i need a garage
thanks
J
