Leads, can't get the Ford red ones no more, so they a black horrible feel lead
I have Magnecor red ones, thick bastid's and work fine

I'm sure someone will correct me if I am worng, but I think NGK BCR8ES should be ok for that boost level (std plug)

I would do the follwing first though

new dist cap and rotor arm
new fuel filter
oil and filter change
leads/plugs

can't go wrong then
