Bringing out my Series 2 within the next couple of weeks after a long period off the road hopefully.. Its had its MOT and passed!!

I'm sending it off for a health check and set-up at AVA & while its there, I'll get the guys to service it too.

Which are the best plugs and leads for to use?? Are there any suppliers on PF that can help, cause all we've got round here is Halfrauds?!

Is Castrol RS 10/60 still the best oil to use on the car??
