for the oil return..
i took the small t2 pipe out of the block... its actually push fit into the block but there is a nut fitting which helps you unscrew it...
I then used a spare t3 turbo oil return... cut the end off and this is a perfect fit into the block and you can then its like factory fit for the ERST. (though you need an ERST return pipe (heard its £40 from ford!!)
