Nothing to do with me that, however, the only way that the loco could of rolled away is thru electrical or mechanical failure - there are numerous safety devices on trains to stop this happening, one of which is the "vigilance pedal" - this is a footpedal on the floor and has to be pressed at all times, if released for more than 3 seconds, then the brakes are applied into emergency.
seems a bit odd if you ask me
