from memory the torque settings are 21 NM for the main caps then 15 NM for the front caps.

you can fit the head with the cams on i am fairly sure (just check that nothing is in the way for torquing the head bolts down).

I'll ldouble check the torque settings when i get back from work unless anyone can let you know before hand
