im buildin up a cossie engine for a freinds saphire and need a lil help ,

how can i tell the difference between the inlet and exhaust cams?? as they dont seem to have any markins on them?? , also does anyone have the torque setins for the caps that hold the cams down please??

what would be good is if some one has a exploded veiw of the engine so i can see how and where each gasket goes , also there are a few what look like "dowls" would these be for the crank? ,
