If the seat is not pitted than yes you could if you had new valves.

If the seat is pitted too then it will need recutting.

I doubt you NEED new valves though mate and its not much money to get them recut for you if you cant do it yourself.

Look at that antique piece of home made equipment im using in that old photo above, even that only takes a few seconds per valve, its not even half an hour to do a whole set of 8!
