just killed myself working out down the gym for the first time
Did have this whole plan of working out what weights I want to do, but after the 40min of cardio work I did I was to knackered to finish all the weights too
However in comparison to how I feel now as to when I stumbled home from a night out in london at 7:15 actually feeling really good
Joining the Gym is probably the best thing I have done so far this year
