Yup, drunks walking home from clubs is a good reason for keeping speeds low, particularly around 2am to be honest
I got done once for 34 in a 30 on bonfire night, there was absolutely no one on the road except for a billy-no-friends copper who wanted to play with his laser gun
So 2am is fair game I reckon
