boost was set at 0.7 bar which is about 11-12psi i think

Anyway, guy just rang me to say it's getting VERY hot and quickly too and it gets a massive BANG from the exhaust when turbo coming in

I simply asked what boost he was running...answer...turned it up to 1.5bar on a standard intercooler and an engine that needs tuning - TWAT!

Probably killed headgaskt IMO, and he wants me to help - how??

Jus hope he gets it sorted and doesn't have what I think he does
