Which only goes onto a 'M' Plate doesn't it?

Just wondered really as car's like Mike Rainbirds, and Martin Hadlands are on 'N' plates and obviously push out 400+bhp, the reason I say this as I didnt think that 'small' turbo cars could be raised that much BHP??
