What sort of design you looking for? If its going to be on vinyl then there are certain requirements like:

Elaborate designs a no no
DPI (pixel quality)
File format (for the plotter to cut the vinyl)
A general idea of what you want

I mean, i just done this in about 20 seconds. its always a good place to start with something, making it just black and white to see what is what.
