AJ - I see where your coming from mate, but im no stranger to chopping springs.

Iv done it on 3 cars in the past. 1 that had the original shockers, the other 2 had Koni shocks with Pi springs. Much like the case with the Saph i didnt like where they were sat, so i chopped the springs down. Sat down just PERFECT. And i NEVER EVER had problems on any of the cars.

Im not advising others to do it, especially if they're not comfortable with it, but from experience i now know what can and what cant be cut and by how much. So just a little off a lowered spring with a shorter shocker does no harm at all.

But thanks for the advice anyway.
