What started you down the blue oval route??

When i was about 17 - 18 a friends dad had a black MK3 xr3i on lowered S2 rims, don't know why but it just looked hard as nails and really wanted it, it got stolen before I got the funds for it.

Then another MK3 XR3i in red/orange, really clean lowered onto multi spoke rims used to fly around Radford in Coventry. Loved it, not very fast but justed stood out, a chap called Webby owned it i believe.

My first ford was a 1.3 MK4 popular plus then onto a MK4 XR3i and then 3 more, then a swiss cheese MK2 XR2 then into Turbo's.

With the exception of the 205 GTi 1.9, nothing else really appealed to me
