HI,

Right, disconnect the amal valve, and you should now have
what ever the acuator boost pressure,is say 8psi, peak and it drops to about 6.5approx, you know the system is working ok,, no leaks and the wastegate
closed, next connect the amal valve the boost should rise depending on jet sizes
in valve, but i would say at least now 15psi plus, i see you were getting before
rebuild stage 3 boost 23 25psi, if nothing else has changed check the hoses
to the amal valve are fitted correct. maybe amal valve faulty or wiring to it,
