I'm driving a Partner 2.0 hdi, I used to drive a Partner 1.9.
The 1.9 did 125000miles over 6 years, only had 3 sets of tyres, 1 full exhaust, 1 battery and servicing once a year.
They both ride speed bumps at 30.. smoothly, with quite a lot of tools and spares in.
The 2.0 hdi is a LOT quicker than the 1.9 and uses same fuel, about 35mpg.
The company I work for has run a lot of Peugeots for years, without trouble, until the hdi came along.
Most of the cars have had several software upgrades, several vans have had electronic faults.
I dont think you will get hdi for your money but the 1.9 is good.
Main dealer service is W..K, but then most makes are.
