well how about u leave earlier, drive slower and therefore run less of a risk of having an accident. im sure ur brother would much rather that than a phone call from the police.
Not planning on racing up there ! As we all know speed cameras are set so they create revenue (i.e. at the very start of road works etc) - and therefore are most likely to catch out the people who don't know the road and not necessarily those driving it like a race track.
Besides couldn't afford the fuel to go too fast up and back
