no i think you still have the idle valve there but you are looking at it properly. Look at the inlet manifold where it says "EFI" then to the left of that there should be the idle valve that looks like a tube with a blue sticker on it. I had a orion efi with a fast road cam and it always idled rough but shouldnt cut out though. Maybe you could take a pic of your engine bay and we might be able to point it out for you
