yes they work v.well on the track!! but see a lot of people dont understand the logistics of suspension ,and that is on our roads you will stumble across pot holes and such and cracks and ripples etc..........., and ideally you need to have a mid to soft ride so they are able to absorb the shock of you feeling every bump and harshness you feel in the car,putting coilovers will just make it feel very hard,i advise maybe somthing like konis at least then you will be able to adjust the setting properly aswell as the comfortability
