Norris motorsport have a good rep and many people swear by Karls wizardry

although personally never used them!
First off i'd ditch teh K&N and replace with moded std airbox and K&N/pipercross panel filter. (cut the fact off the front top half)
then i'd get a -31 actuator, find out if the chips any good, get an uprated camshaft, up the boost and sort the ign timing and fuel to match (a norris setup will do this) oh and an uprated cooler, (radtek, pro alloy, GRS)
and that should see you with around 180-190bhp@fly
