Don't change it if it ain't broken! The mk4 escorts had rose-jointed TCAs where as the mk3 had rubber bushes in the inner end. Any poly bush for the inner end is meant for the mk3 and are always softer then the mk4 joint. What you actually see, is the rubber/plastic dirt guards. Inside there is a stell ball type joint.
