Didnt think NIG had Indian call centres, thats Norwich Union that use the call centres out there. But doesnt sound like the UK NIG claims office (birmingham) is any better.

So.. get hold of your broker and rattle their cage.
The broker's are even more useless, somebody Headley, can't remember the full name.
