I got my S2 (the one I have now ) when I was 19 and it cost me £850 to insure TPFT and that was 10 years ago My bro paid £1600 to insure his FRST at 19 with 2yrs NCB.

You may find you will have to wait another year and build up some NCB on a snotter.
