My 3220 when switched on lights up as it should then the back light goes off and everything fades away then it just says contact service?

I've had it for under 12 months, have the reciept and bought it from the Link, ayone had any dealing with there warranty work? - Are they a bunch of tossers who will tell me to fuck off?

Also anyone got some covers for the same phone as mine is also cracked and on the reciept it says if brought back it needs to be in good condition?
