cheers for that ran fuckin robbery re the cancellation fees. this is why you get thumped with high % interest for monthly payments. i.e. i have always just cancelled the monthly dd and told them to piss off re any cancellation fees in the past, they never chase it but do try it on.

also i'll add here that im 31 and have a clean licence now (6 pts came off in april), i have 0 no claims on the cossie as i have another car with all my full ncb on

i have since managed to get it down to £600 with adrian flux who said they would match the ncb from my other car which i thought was good

doubt im going to get under £600 for a 400hp sierra with 0 ncb
