Anyone know if i can an address from a number plate, a guy pushed a trolley into my dads car cus i didnt stop to let him cross the car park the guy was a big fooker so i couldnt restrain or touch him, however his reg number is R709SOK can anyone get me his address? The police wont help with the matter as there was no witnesses and the car is only 3 months old Any help or info apriciated
