I have been trying to get the car set up for a while now and seriously thinking about a trip to Blackpool but it is a wee bit far. I could not get the boost to rise above 14 psi until Stu advised me there was a restrictor in the Amal valve. I drilled this out .5mm at a time and was getting the boost up. I got it to 22psi peak and dropping off but then I got the chance of getting the bumpers painted so it was tucked up in the garage for a while. All I have done meantime is change the oil and filter and put on some Samco hoses and now I cannot get the car to boost more than 18 psi.

Now I am really sad and wondered if anyone could help me with any suggestions. Is the car safe to run 18 psi just now? I remember Stu's post stating if the tuner says to set it at 24PSI then thats what it HAS to be set at.
