Import it yourself mate rather than through a dealer. I've just bought a 2002 Limousine and have saved myself about 9k doing it myself!

Also I had a deposit on an SVT Lightning which was in Palm Beach Florida, paid $80 USD for a vehicle inspection over there, then put a deposit on it once they were happy with it. Turned out i was made redundant so never bought it (and the dealer gave me my money back). Wouldve worked out it would cost me about 13k to get it on the road over here which is a hell of a saving!!
