Yes mate they are as i had to wait for them to turn up.I was on the M4 near Reading.I told woman on phone low loader was needed (As i knew it couldn't be fixed)but she said she had to send A frame van first. Then dozy A frame driver said he would tow back me to Wales with that.I said you Damage them rims your paying for them.
