It's the underseal under the floor pan which is the c unt to get off, in which case I advise warming the inside of the floor pan while scraping the outside.
i'd advise going to your nearest LIDL supermarket cheap shop and buying an electric tile scraper for 10 quid, worked wonders on the underseal on my rs1600i it comes with 4 different chisel bits and has 6 speed settings
