Are they the ones with the top mounted intercooler (with no fookin airflow to it at all )?

I can easy rig up some DIY mods, front mounted intercooler, cone filter, more boost, etc, for peanuts with stuff i find down the scrappy...

How is the fueling regualated?

How much boost can I wack thru it?
Is it a DIY job to add the extra fuel to compensate, or?
