fuck me - i see dead people and was seeing the company counciller on a regular basis to keep me from going insane, and then i'm told that i cannot claim due to my condition not been serious enough? - not even offered to pay my loss of earnings due to the incident

thats sux a fuggin big un i know only to well how shock affects you and have a claim ongoing for 4 yrs now mental injuries are looked on diferntly to say a broken leg fuckin wong tho yeah ya cant work with a broken leg but you cant either with a broken head! did you go straight back to work? see theyd look at it like this if he can work hes ok sad but true, on the flipside i read of a woman that witness her daughter being dragged under a bus she sufferd ptsd symtoms for 2 yrs (flash back visions feelings) and was awarded 50k
